Sketching the Senses:
The Sonoran Series

“Sketching the Senses: the Sonoran Series” invited the public to programmed sketch sessions at Las Milpitas Community Farm along the Santa Cruz River and the Children's Peace Garden to highlight and celebrate the visceral and cultural characteristics of the Sonoran landscape through an immersive drawing experience.

 

Our project facilitated a site-specific experience for creative practice at the farm involving heightened sensory engagement and storytelling.
